Who delivers your parcels?
Yodel and Hermes deliver the majority of our UK parcels. Depending on how quickly the items are required and the size/value of your order, we may use DHL and Royal Mail. This way we can keep costs low and in turn pass these savings onto you. For our guaranteed next working day service we use Yodel 24hr Tracked.
EU: As of 25/10/23 we now operate a duties paid service into Europe for all orders under £135 / €150. This means that you can order with confidence that you will not incur any additional duties and VAT if your order is less than €150.
Our delivery services Outside of Europe and the UK will be delivered by your local postal service.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem - unused items can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase. As long as we receive the returned item unopened and in a re-sellable condition we can offer you a full refund. Before you post it, please contact us to obtain our free post address.
